Patricia Ann Mullins, age 73, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born  October 3, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the St. Luke Baptist Church, 503 Clark Street, Cincinnati  (45203).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, 3701 Vine Street, 45220.
