It is with sadness we announce the transition of Patricia  Ann Fails , age 70, of Norwood, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 29, 2023, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on April 17, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm, on  Friday, August 11, 2023, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 2:30 pm.
