Patricia Ann Isham, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born  May 7, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Monday, July 8, 2019, at the Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 3655 Harvey Avenue, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
