Patricia Hutchinson, age 60, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born March 16, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
