Patricia Ann Hill-Cook, age 63, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 in Mt. Healthy, Ohio. She was born October 12, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, January 6, 2017, at the Golden Leaf Baptist Church, 5910 Argus Road, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
