Patricia Ann Bradley, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, in Fairfield,  Ohio.   She was born  January 17, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at the New Unity Baptist Church, 2124 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati  (45219).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
