IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia Ann
Crutchfield
November 2, 1960 – May 14, 2025
Patricia Ann Crutchfield was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Mary Ellen and James W. Crutchfield on the 2nd day of November, 1960.
She attended Cincinnati Public Schools and graduated from Hughes High School in 1978. In 1980, Patricia married the late Claude William Dean Sr. She later accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
Patricia retired from Club Chef / Taylor Mills as a security guard in 2021. After retirement, she returned to work part-time for FedEx as a warehouse associate until fully retiring in 2024.
Patricia had a heart of gold. She helped everyone in need, regardless of their circumstances. She loved her family deeply, and she especially enjoyed singing, listening to music, and laughing with her children. Patricia always had a kind word to share, a smile that could brighten anyone's day, and a laugh so contagious it made others laugh along with her.
Waiting to welcome her in paradise are her husband, Claude William Dean Sr.; her parents, Mary Ellen and James W. Crutchfield; her sisters, Louise, Shirley, Cornelia, and Anita; her brothers, Jerome and Darwin; and her grandson, Cashean.
Patricia transitioned to Glory on May 14, 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion, cherished by her nine children: Dwaine, Latishia (William), Latoshia (Jha), Clinton (Erica), Phillip, Jeaun, David, Norman, and Johnathan (Kiara).
She is also survived by her grandchildren: Iyonna, Aaron, Keno, Terrie, Kevin, Norman Jr., Marshaun, Taleah, Clinton Jr., and Ceino; and her great-grandchildren: Kashmir, Amara, and Ayaliah.
Patricia is further survived by her brothers: Herbert, David, James, Michael, Reginald, Marvin, and Kevin; her sisters: Diane and Gloria Crutchfield; and two best friends: Velma Lou Redding and Dulce.
She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
