Patricia  Blair, age 71, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 in Springfield, Ohio.  She was born January 22, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
