Patricia A. Bass, age 64, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021.  She was born December 8, 1956, in Steubenville, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery - Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky, 2167 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky 41017.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
