Pamela Lynnette McBride (Glen-Thompson) departed this earthly life on, Saturday, July 28, 2018,  in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pamela was born December 3 ,1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late  Charles  Douglas "Bud" Thompson  and Eunice Glen Thompson.  She graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1969 and achieved her LPN License in 1971. After graduating she then met and married the late Dennis McBride Jr. in 1971.

Pamela was a faithful member of Prince of Peace until her health began to fail.  She led the charge with Wednesday Night  Feedling the Homeless Ministry as well as the Women's Group, 52 Hours weekend, and Christmas Gift Exchange Programs. She was a Founding Member of the Over the Rhine Steel Drum Adult Band which produced 2 CD's. She was a great cook and child care provider for many families.  She had a heart of servitude and always put the needs of others before herself.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Douglas and Val, and sister Phylis, and her special life-long friend Robert  Floyd. She leaves to cherish her memory  her only son; Robert Sean(Kim) and daughters Sonya Ann(Brian) and Erica Danielle, grandchildren; Keyshawn, Kayonna, Kenneth, Keasia, Korey, Kamiah, and Kaden;great-grand children; Tra-Von and Leontae; brothers Michael, Marvelo, Rolando, and Thomas; sisters Glenna and Sudara  along with a host of  aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, August 4, 2018, at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church , 1528 Race Street, Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
