On Thursday evening, October 16, 2025, Pamela O'Neal Hill transitioned to her Heavenly home. Pamela was a godly woman that loved the Lord, her family, and relished her role as a virtuous woman found in Proverbs 31:10. She was rare and her price is "far above rubies". Pamela, a woman of great intelligence, she was wise, strong, and hardworking. She was a woman of beauty and bold determination. Pam feared the Lord.

Pamela O'Neal Hill was born February 27, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Clarence and Laura Mae O'Neal. Pamela attended Seton High School. She also was a licensed cosmetologist. She was a beautician, par excellent! She worked at the Internal Revenue Service for 35 years, where she received numerous awards for her outstanding service.

Pamela was a math whiz and very knowledgeable in current events. She loved the excitement of cheering on the Bengals and Reds with her family by her side. Pamela was an awesome cook, a seamstress, and interior home decorator. She kept her home beautiful and immaculate! If you knew Pamela, you'll remember her infectious smile and laughter.

Although Pamela's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her tenacious spirit and legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us.  We pray that her memory be a blessing and that we carry forth her legacy of love, compassion, and honor in all that we do!  So as we all continue to grieve the loss of a Daughter, a Sister, an Aunt, a Cousin, a Niece and a Jewel of a Friend, we must remember Pamela was a fighter!  She won the race!! Glory to God!  "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" (2 Timothy 4:7).  We know that "a crown of righteousness" awaits her (2 Timothy 4:8).

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, Clarence O'Neal. She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband of 38 years, Robert Hill, Jr.; three daughters: Jasmine, Classie, and Asya; stepdaughter, Ciara; and grandchildren: Lawrence, Carti'ere, Legend, Amari, Armani, Marcus, MarNaja, Mahki, Mahayla. She also leaves behind her mother, Laura Mae O'Neal; sisters: Darlene Hunter, Gwen O'Neal, Denise Rushing (John), Clarice Wyatt (Randall), Trina Betts and stepsister Vicki Stanford; sisters-in-law: Julia Love and Sara Hill. A host of nieces / nephews, great nieces / nephews, aunts, uncles and many other family members and friends. We will continue to carry forth her legacy!!

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
