It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Pamela Jean Farlow, a resident of North College Hill and widow of the late Robert S. Farlow. She was a devoted mother to Rachel, Nicole, and Robert "Joseph" Joey Farlow, and an aunt to Erica Angelo and Kasey and Colton Willis. She was the daughter of Shirley J. Lipps and the sister of the late Lorie Angelo. Pamela was born on Saturday, July 19, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She transitioned on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at the age of 66.

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned.  The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
