Survived by: Father, Julian Baskin, Mother, Delores M. Ruffin. Visitation is from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at the Walker - Mt. Healthy Chapel , 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 pm.
