Oscar Eugene Mingo, age 60, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017 in , . He was born October 9, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at the Christ Temple Full Gospel Baptist Church, 3060 Durrell Street, Cincinnati (45207). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, 45206.
