Omar Sharif Thacker, age 31, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015, in West Chester, Ohio. He was born November 6, 1983, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Bruce Lenard Thacker and Lisa Anne (Isfort) Thacker. Visitation is from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm, on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
