Olivia B. Washington was born February 20, 1902 in Garrett County, Kentucky to the late John Kavanaugh and Mary Jane Merritt Kavanaugh. She entered eternal rest on October 29, 1990 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1969, George Washington.
