Norman R. E. Yates was born on December 22, 1952. He Departed this life an ascended up in Heaven on August 16, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Wis Jean Yates and Willie James Hudson; Foster Parents Katherine Holly Martin and Howard J. Martin. He resided in Columbus, Ohio most of his younger years, then relocated back to Cincinnati, Ohio in which he studied the bible to become a minister of God alongside his sisters, Pastor Janiee Scott Kerkula, Evangelist Roseline Thomas and Mattie Saylee all of Baptized Believers Church Of God Cincinnati, Ohio. He diligently worked multiple jobs and held several positions including volunteering his services at local nursing homes; part time security positions and even working at the local post office in Cincinnati, OH. He loved writing poems and songs in which he wrote a song called "God Love His People", performed numerous times at local churches and events by the dynamic sons of God of Cincinnati. Norman was a lover of pets in which he had several and survived by. Norman loved everyone he came in contact with and lived his life to the fullest extent. He was a very strong willed human being, outgoing and courageous. He lived his life the way he wanted. He resided in lived the rest of his life in Middletown, OH, where he became a member of Grace Baptist Church until his death where the whole congregation accepted Norman with open arms and loving hearts. He touched many lives. He will deeply be missed. He leaves to cherish his memories a host of family members and friends. We all loved him very much. Until we meet again.
