Norman Cecil Carter Sr., age 69, of Cincinnati, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born April 18, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens, 1600 Glendale Milford Road , Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
