Narcissus Dowdell, age 79, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born April 20, 1935 in Yancopin, Arkansas. Visitation is from 9:30 am until 10:00 am, on Monday, March 23, 2015, at the Beulah Baptist Church, 1834 Section Road, Cincinnati (45237). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery. You may express online condolences at www.HerbWalker.com. Walker Funeral Home is serving the Dowdell family.
