It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Nancy Telina Hope- Eakins , age 61, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 3, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on January 13, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30pm on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Walker Funeral Home-Mt. Healthy Chapel, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, 45231.    The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
