Montez Lamont Clayton, age 17, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born February 28, 2004, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:15 pm, on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Power & Faith Ministries, 8120 Hamilton Avenue,  (Mt. Healthy Plaza),  Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:15 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
