Mike Blair was born on June 22, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Michael (Dadda) and Ernestine. He was the second of six children and the oldest of twin boys. He departed this life, entering eternity on December 27, 2025.

Mike gave his life to the Lord at a young age while attending Good News Church of God in Christ. As a child, Mike fell in love with music and Karate movies. He would not only mimic the martial arts movements but also the speaking and mouthing of them as well.

Mike was educated in the Cincinnati Public School System and proudly graduated from Withrow High School in 1993. While at Withrow, he excelled both socially and athletically—earning recognition as Best Dressed and Prom King, running track, and playing football. He later continued his education at Cincinnati State College, studying printing, before beginning his professional career at U.S. Playing Card Company and Procter & Gamble.

Enamored with music as a teen, Mike took his musical talent to the next level by starting a singing group with his twin brother and two friends. They did talent shows and received opportunities to open for celebrity acts.

Mike was a true creative spirit. He enjoyed cooking, drawing, swimming, playing video games, and sharing music and music videos with others. He was skilled with his hands and took pride in creating and fixing things.

Mike delighted in his family. He was adored by and a favorite of all his nieces and nephews. He was generous and mild-mannered.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael (Dadda), his grandparents, and his aunts and uncles.

Mike leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Ernestine Blair-Johnson (Kevin Johnson, who helped raise him); siblings, Rose Maria, Mark (twin), Crystal, Latrice, Desiree (Omar), and Robert; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Mike left a huge, indelible mark on everyone he met. His presence will be tremendously missed.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the Good News Church of God in Christ, 1063 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
