IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Michelle "Shell"
Kay Mcintosh
February 4, 1958 – May 8, 2020
Michelle "Shell" Kay McIntosh was born at home on Tuesday, February 4, 1958, unto Ruby Delores Sears-Steele and William McIntosh. She was one of six children, Peggy Sue Campbell, Thomas Steele, Linda Steele-Watson, Deborah E. Steele, and Anthony Steele. Michelle is preceded in death by her mother, her father, her sister, Debbie and brothers Anthony and Thomas. Michelle attended school but began her career as a caregiver, at an early age. She started out as nurses' aide then transferred to an activities director. She had a special heart of gold and loved to take care of people. So much so, that she became a private caregiver for a very prominent doctor until his passing, which lead her to her favorite job of all, a private duty nanny for twins that she cared for deeply and adored like they were her own. Michelle was a very loving and kind soul. she could say the sweetest things while giving you that soft touch and innocent grin. She could also turn right around and give you a sassy piece of her mind, too. That's what was so great about Michelle, she was REAL! Michelle had many hobbies, but her favorites were bingo and finding a great deal at a yard sale or thrift store. She loved antiques and fashion and was always so thoughtful of others as she hunted for items that she thought her family would love and cherish. After a tough battle, Michelle was called home on Friday, May 8, 2020, where she will dwell in the House of the Lord until we are all with her once again. She was deeply loved and cherished by many and will be greatly missed. Michelle leaves to cherish her memory, her unborn son, whom she loved dearly, her nieces, nephews, cousins other loving relatives and close friends.
