Michael James Tarter, age 41, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019 in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  June 30, 1977 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Fellowship Tabernacle Church,  6910 Vine Street, Carthage (45216).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
