Michael L. Norris, age 61, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 15, 1954, in Albany, Georgia. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Phillips Memorial C.M.E. Church, 839 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
