Michael Louis Mayberry , age 64, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Blue Ash, Ohio. He was born December 5, 1953, in Kenton, Kentucky. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home - West End, 930 Findlay Street, Cincinnati (45214). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery, 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati.
