On Saturday, November 3rd 2018, Michael Charles Mathauer, age 64 finished his struggle against cancer.  God, in his mercy, saw that Mike had enough of the pain, medicines and treatments and took him home.  Michael was born in Mt. Healthy, Ohio, on September 12th, 1954 to the late Charles and Ruth Mathauer (nee Zinsmeister).

He is survived by his Fiancée, Kathryn Buckler; Daughter, Lindsay Forrester (Todd); Sister, Eleanor Davis (the late Glenn), Step-Daughter, Cindy Luebbering (Bob), Step-Son, Troy Bucker and a host of nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and Brother, James (JoAnn) DeHof.

A gathering of family and friends at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 10, at Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road, North Avondale (45229.  The memorial Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the luncheon will immediately follow the service.
