Michael Dabney, age 64, entered eternal rest August 27, 2013. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 16, 1949. He departed this life on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash. Michael was educated in the Cincinnati Public School System. Michael was an Entrepreneur in home improvement. He also worked for Deer Park Nursing Home for several years where he was responsible for maintenance in the facility. Michael accepted Christ and attended Beyond the Veil Church under the leadership of Pastor Douglas Glanton. He served as a Greeter and helped with the Church building repairs. Michael enjoyed life. He loved spending time with family and friends. He was so personable that everyone that knew him, loved him. Michael leaves to cherish his memory: ex-wife, Deyonne Dabney and from this union they had daughter, Tamika Dabney Speed (Tim). He is survived by son, Kenneth Sims, daughters, Michael Harris, Angenette Daniel, and Robin; three sisters, Alvena Lige, Alicia P. Daniels, Patricia Ann Dabney, and brother, William Dabney. He also leaves to mourn a special friend, Beverly Walker and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving and caring friends.
