It is with sadness we announce the transition of Melvin  Shamel, age 68, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 22, 2023, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on September 27, 1954, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the Greater St. John AME Zion Church, 772 Whittier Street, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
