Mellen B. Levingston, age 86, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born May 8, 1930, in Lexington, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, June 17, 2016, at the Greater Liberty Baptist Church, 6209 Desmond Street, Madisonville (45227). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
