Melinda Jean Penley, age 54, of Green Township, Ohio passed away December 23, 2007 at Ft. Hamilton Hughes Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 1, 1953 to John Walter Carmen and Mattie Blanche Bryant. Cremation has taken place.
