Melinda Mae McDonald November 5, 1968 - May 19, 2022

Melinda was born November 5, 1968 in Covington, Kentucky. She was the beloved daughter of Howard Gaylor, Sr. and Mildred West Gaylor of Morningview, Kentucky.

Melinda was a proud mother and homemaker during her children's younger years and later enjoyed restaurant work. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy.

Melinda's parents, Mildred and Howard Gaylor, Sr. preceded her in death.

Melinda Mae Gaylor McDonald, age 53, of Morningview, Kentucky died May 19th, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center Edgewood, Kentucky.

Melinda leaves her memories to be cherished and treasured by: her husband, Kenneth McDonald, Sr.; sons, Kenneth, Jr., (Brittany), Aaron, Zachary and Matthew; daughters, Ashley (William Young) and Chassidy (Conner Alexis); grandchildren, Landon, Kadin, Jordan, Alex, Aaron, Jr., Remington and Jenny Mae; her brothers, Jerry (Margie) Gaylor and Howard, Jr. (Connie) Gaylor of Independence, Kentucky; sisters, Pamela (Rickie, Sr.) Voland of Cincinnati, Ohio and Melisa Gaylor of Covington, Kentucky and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12 noon, on  Friday, May 27, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Covington, 1129 Garrard Street, Covington  (41011).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.

Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery,  2167 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky 41017.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
