Melba Norris , age 87, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born November 16, 1930, in Lee County, Georgia. Visitation is from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm, on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the Phillips Memorial C.M.E., 839 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
