Melanie  Wise-Starr, age 43, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  October 17, 1975, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, May 17, 2019, at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
