IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mary C
Lynch
March 16, 1953 – January 4, 2014
Mary C. Mullins-Lynch was born on March 16, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the union of Gertrude F. Owens-Long and Henry L. Mullins, who preceded her in death. Mary went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2014. Mary believed and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was baptized at an early age and currently a member of Second Chance Ministries Church, Cincinnati, Ohio. Mary, better known as 'Tudy' to most was the youngest of nine siblings, Henrietta Mullins Brown, Joyce L. Long (Earl) Jones, Hilda A. Long (James) Millhouse, Walter E. Long, Jr. preceded her in death. Mary 'Tudy' was educated in the Catholic and Cincinnati Public Schools, Almamata Taft High. Tudy worked at the Glen Manor, Lincoln and Crawford Nursing Home where she recognized that compassion and hospitality where her gifts. Later she was involved in helping to establish and open group homes to help clients of the Mental Health Services. Caring and compassion was her number one priority and every child was her child, even though she had none. Every child loved her, she was Mama to some. Tudy was gregarious, hilarious, mothering and loving; opening her home and heart to everyone. She was deeply loved, and was an avid animal lover. Mary leaves to celebrate her homegoing: a loving companion, Rick Powell; her devoted brother William H. (Janice) Long of Homewood, Illinois, Shirley A. Long, G. Elaine Austin, Yolanda Campbell, Gloria M. Long; sister-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. To God be the Glory!
