Obituary Marvin "Mark" Ray Powell 54 of Cincinnati Ohio, went home on Sunday, August 20, 2017. Mark was born on April 4, 1963, in Marks Mississippi in Quinton County. Mark was the fourth child born to West Powell, JR and Maggie May (Roberson) Powell. In 1975, after West and Maggie divorced, Maggie and the children moved to Covington Kentucky. Mark attended local public school and attended Holmes High School. Following high school, Mark worked various jobs with the a focus in warehouse and construction work. Mark was loved by kids and always made it a point to spend time having fun with them at family gatherings or any time they were around. He was easily the favorite uncle of all his nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mark also enjoyed working with electronics and collected many of them. Mark loved animals and had a special place in his heart for dogs. Mark also loved creating music and had a huge collection of various artists. Mark was a father to Kaylah Morris, who he loved deeply and grandfather to her daughters Kayleah and Ka'riyah. Mark is survived by his former wife Holly (Armstrong) Powell, they met in 1993 were married in 1997 and had been married for 18 years. As well as her beloved mother Maggie Powell, Sisters Barbara Powell, Gloria Powell all of Cincinnati, Ohio and Tina Powell of Chicago, IL. Brothers James Powell of Cincinnati, OH, West Powell III and his wife Kristin of Saint Paris, OH, and Michael Powell of Chicago, IL. As well as dozens of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews. Mark was proceeded in death by two sons Jared Owsley Powell and Ray Owsley Powell. Father West Powell, JR. Brother Calvin Powell.
