Malcolm Alexander Foster lived a life of old-fashioned values encompassing hard work, community, and love of family. He passed away March 14, 2013, at age 19. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 20, 1993, to the parents of Stacy C. Anderson and Henry A. Foster. Malcolm was the oldest of two sons. A 2012 graduate of William H. Taft High School, Malcolm was involved in many programs. He was especially interested in Feeding the Hungry program and he had a tremendous empathy for those less fortunate. As a mathematical wizard, he had an analytical mind. He was a truly gifted young man. He played basketball for Taft High School and AAU basketball. Malcolm was an excellent and talented player who loved the game. His favorite team was the Miami Heat. Malcolm worked for Marjorie P. Lee Nursing Home. He was known for his strong work ethic. His favorite quote was "The Harder you work the luckier you get" and it was demonstrated in his life. He lived a life of old-fashioned values encompassing hard work, community, and love of family. Malcom loved his family fiercely - especially his baby brother, Malik. And, Malik loved him the same way. Malcom was a good, honorable son, he was an extraordinary young man. He was crazy, funny, loyal, honest, and true. His smile and personality seemed to melt hearts everywhere he went. He never met a stranger and he was loved by all who met him. Malcom leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and dedicated mother, Stacy C. Anderson; his loving father, henry A. Foster; little brother, Mini-Mak (Malik); brothers, Tyrell, Dre, and Trey; sister, Amadi; grandparents, John and Barbara Harper and Vivian and William Jones, and Luther Anderson; Aunts, Charmayne Willie and Jenell McWilson; cousins, LaTonya (Alvin) Cotton, Nickia hardick, Toni Willis, Jamari McWilson; his boys; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral services 10:30am, Wednesday, March 20 at New Mission Missionary Baptist Church, 4809 Ravenna Street, Madisonville 45227. Visitation 9:00am until hour of service.
