It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Madge Louise Collins, age 93, of Springdale, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 28, 2022, in Springdale, Ohio.   She was born on July 24, 1928, in Clay City, Kentucky.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Arlington Memorial Gardens , 2145 Compton Road, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
