Madeleine  D. Garr, age 81, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She was born April 20, 1940, in Newport, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, December 3, 2021, at the Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, 7717 Harrison Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing .
