Lucille F. Wheeler, age 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born June 26, 1933, in Hickory, North Carolina.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at the Higher Ground Ministries, 1391 E. Crescentville Road , Cincinnati  (45246).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, 45220.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.
