She exchanged her time for eternity Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Blue Ash Hospice. At a young age Lovely met Holland Hill, the love of her life, in Lexington Kentucky they were married on May 11, 1976. She dedicated over 40 years of her life to this union until his passing. This Union consisted of His, Mine, and Ours. Lovely had so much love for her family she took on the responsibility of raising her granddaughter, Angela Dawn Baltimore, which created a special bond. She spent quality years as a Jehovah's Witness. Lovely loved to travel in her spare time always going back home to Lexington to spend time with family, friends, and Spalding's (donut shop). Cooking was her forte, especially fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, just to name a few. If you never indulged in her cooking, you missed a treat! She could make a bowl of cereal taste like steak. Lovely was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Margaret Walker, brother William E. Perkins (Serina), sister Anna K. Keys (Jake), her loving husband Holland Hill, three daughters Yowanda Smallwood and Vanessa K. Vandergriff, Donna M. Burden (Chester) and son Lloyd R. Baltimore.
