It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Louis  Watkins Jr., age 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, January 22, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on February 15, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
