It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Lisa  Smith, age 66, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, November 20, 2023, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on January 27, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, December 15, 2023, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
