Lisa Renee Lewis, age 60, of Bellevue, Kentucky,  passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, in Bellevue,  Kentucky.   She was born on March 23, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on  Saturday, April 3, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
