It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Linda Lou Riggins, age 72, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in Fairfield, Ohio. She was born on September 13, 1950, in Albany, Georgia.
