Linda Evans, a devoted Christian and beloved member of the Monroe Church of the Nazarene, passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 77. Linda was originally from Dallas, Texas, and was born on October 27, 1945.

Linda was a woman of deep faith and had a passion for teaching young children about the love of Jesus. She dedicated her time and energy to sharing the message of God's love with the little ones, leaving a lasting impact on their lives.

Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Ima Partain, and her siblings, Virginia Partain and Patrick Partain. She is survived by her brother, Mike Partain, and sisters, Kathy Morris and Elaine Scott. Linda will be deeply missed by her family, including her children, Jeffrey White, JD White, and Lynda Dooley, as well as her grandchildren, Trey White, Katie White, Taylor Dooley, Tessa Dooley, Kloey White, Kemper Holtzclaw, and Kara Holtzclaw.

In addition to her immediate family, Linda leaves behind countless nieces and nephews who were touched by her kindness and love. She had a special place in her heart for her church family at the Monroe Church of the Nazarene, where she was an active member.

Linda's legacy will be remembered through her unwavering faith, her dedication to teaching children about Jesus, and her love for her family and community. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.

A memorial service will be held on THURSDAY, AUGUST 24, 2023,  at the Monroe Church of the Nazarene, 400 Macready Avenue, Monroe, Ohio (45050)  to celebrate Linda's life and honor her memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Children's Ministry at the Monroe Church of the Nazarene, as it was a cause close to Linda's heart.
