Lillie  Marie Ramsey-Borders, wife of the lost Andrew Sam Border, devoted mother to Harrison (Sonny) N. (Jacqueline) Ramsey, loving sister of Sybel Dixon, Jeanetta Merritt, Rev. David N. Ramsey, Sr., cherished grandmother of 9, and 25 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.  

Visitation 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 23, 2010, at Walker Funeral Home, 930 Findlay Street, Cincinnati 45214. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 11:00 a.m.  Bishop Mark Monroe will officiate.

Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 11825 Pippin Road Cincinnati, OH 45231
