Obituary Lillie Virginia Pressley was born November 8, 1925 to the late Anderson and Marie Jackson in Brewton, Alabama. She departed this earthly life on March 26, 2017. Lillie, also known as "Toot", was one of a kind. She was very loving and caring. She treated everyone as if they were her own. She was a dedicated mother of 8 children. Lillie was a well-known seamstress and hairdresser. Some of the things she enjoyed doing included: cooking, working in the yard, puzzles, reading and silk screening. Lillie and her children moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1959. She served at Rose Chapel for a short time. Years after, she became a member of Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, where she served on the Pastor's Aid Ministry. She was a faithful member until her health began to decline. In all, she never lost her faith. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Sarah Robinson, Willa Stinson (Daniel), L. Maria Wells-Blackmon (James), Juanita White, Virginia Wilks (Michael), Joyce Pressley, and JoNathan Pressley (Linda), 25 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and 26 great great grandchildren; honorary son and daughter; Lafayette & Pamela Blasingame, and her daily uplifter; "Patty" (Paris Jones). She was preceded in death by her husband; Willie Pressley, her daughter Jennifer Pressley, her great grandson William Lee Copeland, Jr., and granddaughter Crystal Pressley. She was loved by all who knew her and will forever be cherished in our hearts. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 3655 Harvey Avenue, Cincinnati (45229).
