Lilley Morlene Harrow , age 69, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  February 18, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, February 9, 2019,  at the Bright Star Community Church, 809 Charlotte Street  (45214).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m.
