Letha M Carter, age 79, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  March 25, 1939, in Manassas, Georgia.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, 2835 Beekman Street, Cincinnati  (45225).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
